1. Not investment advice

The lessons, questions, explanations, examples, charts, asset descriptions, quests, scores, rankings and anything said by the Bo mascot in BoStreak are for general education only and do not constitute investment advice.

Investment advice is provided only by licensed firms under an investment advisory agreement with the client. The content in the app may not suit your financial situation or your risk and return preferences, so making investment decisions based solely on it may not produce results that meet your expectations.

2. We are not a licensed firm

BoStreak is not a broker, asset manager, investment adviser, bank or crypto-asset service provider. It is not licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) or any other authority and does not carry out any activity that requires a licence: it does not accept or route real orders, does not hold money or assets and does not intermediate trades.

If you want to invest for real, only work with authorised firms. In Türkiye you can check the list of authorised firms on the SPK website; elsewhere, check with your local regulator.

3. Virtual money and simulation

• All balances, capital, trades, profits and losses in the app are virtual; they can’t be converted into real money and are never paid out.
• The simulator does not fully reflect real markets. Trades fill at the displayed price with a fixed, illustrative fee; liquidity, bid-ask spreads, slippage, partial fills, taxes, settlement periods and exchange trading-hour rules are not modelled.
• Cryptocurrency and xStocks prices change 24/7 and the app lets you trade at any hour, whereas real stocks trade only during exchange sessions.
• Virtual capital is awarded according to your learning progress; it doesn’t indicate how much you could or should invest in real life.
• Results achieved with virtual money are not an indication of results with real money. The risk of loss and the emotional pressure are very different when trading with real money.

4. Market risks

• Stocks, cryptocurrencies and commodities can lose value; you can lose all the money you invest. Past price movements are not an indication of future results.
• Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and carry additional risks such as large price swings in a short time, exchange and wallet security breaches, regulatory changes and projects becoming worthless.
• Leverage, short selling and derivatives can magnify losses. They are not available in the app; learn their risks thoroughly before using them in real markets.
• Investment income may be taxable. Ask a professional about your tax situation.

5. Prices and data sources

• Cryptocurrency and gold prices come from Binance. Gold is shown using the price of the PAXG token, which corresponds to one troy ounce of gold.
• US stock prices are the Bybit and Kraken prices of xStocks tokens, each backed 1:1 by the relevant share. These prices can differ from the real share price, especially while the US market is closed. The app does not sell these tokens or shares.
• Turkish lira amounts are approximate, calculated using the USDT/TRY rate, and may differ from official exchange rates.
• Prices may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Verify prices with an authorised source before making any real trade.

6. Educational content

Lessons simplify some details to explain concepts clearly. Some companies in the questions are fictional. Regulatory information such as trading hours, settlement periods, taxes and investor protection can change over time; check official sources for up-to-date information.

7. Game elements

Streaks, XP, leagues, quests, badges and Horns are there to encourage learning. Quests never target profit or loss. Most league points come from learning; the portfolio score is a limited learning measure based on your return relative to the index, not an assessment of success or investment performance. The Bo mascot never recommends an asset, never says “buy” or “sell” and never promises gains.

8. Trademarks

Company, exchange and cryptocurrency names and logos shown in the app are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the asset. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement by those organisations, and the presence of an asset in the app is not a recommendation of that asset.

9. Responsibility

You alone are responsible for your real investment decisions and their outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, BoStreak is not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on information in the app.
